Dmitry Yevgenyevich Rybolovlev is a Russian businessman and investor, the man who bought Donald Trump’s Palm Beach mansion in Florida, Maison de l’Amitie, for $95 million in 2008 and became the owner of one of the world’s most expensive homes. Starting a business with his father in 1990, he opened an investment fund and started buying shares of industrial companies. He consolidated his shares into a controlling stake in Uralkali, the largest producer of potassium fertilizers in Russia. A few years later, he became the chairman of the company, which was listed in the London Stock Exchange in 2007. In 2010, he sold his stake in the company for $6.5 billion. Ranked 190th on Forbes's list of billionaires with a net worth of $7.3 billion in 2017, Dmitry is best known in the US for his real estate moves. He owns several mansions worth billions. He also owns the AS Monaco football club. On the personal front, he was involved in a bitter divorce case for seven years, which was settled amicably in 2015.
