Nicholas E. Macioci, better known as Nick Massi in the music industry, was an iconic American bass guitarist. He played for the rock and pop band ‘The Four Seasons’ which became immensely popular in the 1960s and 1970s. During his time with the band, Massi played a big role in delivering multiple number one singles on Billboard’s top charts. The songs ‘Sherry’, ‘Big Girls Don't Cry’, ‘Walk Like a Man’, and ‘Rag Doll’ are some of the most popular singles from the band’s repertoire where Massi played the bass guitar. In addition, he was also a talented bass singer. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as well as the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in the 1990s for his contributions to the music industry.
