Graham Gouldman is a British singer-songwriter and musician. He is known for being the longest-serving member of the rock band 10cc. He has also played in several other bands since 1963, including Crevattes and High Spots. Already recognized among the most prominent songwriters in the country, Gouldman started his recording career with the Whirlwinds. He then played with the Mockingbirds alongside drummer Kevin Godley. He then joined the Yardbirds, where his composition ‘For Your Love’ topped the charts. Gouldman began a solo career in 1966 with ‘Stop or Honey, I’ll Be Gone’ that failed to impress the audience. His association with Godley and instrumentalist Lol Crème resulted in the formation of Hotlegs that went on to evolve into 10cc, one of the most successful groups of the 1970s. Till date, Gouldman has also penned several British pop hits, including ‘Bus Stop’, ‘No Milk Today’ and ‘Pamela, Pamela’, to name a few.
