Stacey Dooley is a British television presenter, documentary filmmaker, media personality, and author. She is well known for her BBC documentary series ‘Stacey Dooley Investigates’. She grew up in a small town in the UK, dropped out of high school, and was working at an airport when she got the opportunity to participate in a ‘BBC 3’ documentary ‘Blood, Sweat, and T-shirts’. Thereafter, she became a regular fixture on various BBC channels, got her own show, and also made several other documentaries on a wide range of hard-hitting social topics like drugs, crime, sex trafficking, domestic violence, wars, etc. She has traveled to various countries during the course of her career, doing investigative stories, and won several awards, including the ‘MBE’. She has even authored a book and won a celebrity dance show. She has been criticized for some of her documentaries but continues to make socially relevant content. She has had a troubled family life in the past but now leads a happy life with her boyfriend. She is now a well-established name in British media.
