Matteo Bocelli is an Italian tenor and musician. He is the youngest son of singer, songwriter, and record producer Andrea Bocelli. Matteo’s love for music was inspired by his admiration for his father. He started taking piano lessons quite early in his life. As a teenager, he was as interested in music as he was in sports but it was only in 2015 that he began studying music under his father’s tutelage. When he was 18 years old, he got the chance to perform as a tenor for the first time at the Teatro del Silenzio, an Italian open-air amphitheatre situated in Lajatico, Tuscany. In March 2017, Matteo Bocelli participated in the ‘David Foster and Friends’ competition for the Horatio Alger Award, in Washington, the United States of America. In 2018, he collaborated with his father on the song. Fall on Me, which is part of Bocelli Sr.’s album, Sì.
