Luke Macfarlane is a Canadian actor and former singer, best known for his performance in the drama series ‘Brothers & Sisters.’ Born and raised in London, Ontario, Luke was an aspiring actor ever since he was a kid. He studied at the ‘Lester B. Pearson School for the Arts,’ and following his high-school graduation, he enrolled at the famous ‘Juilliard School’ in New York City to study drama. He has been active in the New York theatrical scene, and even though he has managed to build a somewhat successful TV career, he remains active in theater. In 2004, he made his debut with a miniseries titled ‘Tanner on Tanner,’ where he played a supporting role. He then appeared in one of the key roles in the action/war/drama series titled ‘Over There,’ where he essayed the role of ‘Frank Dumphy.’ He received a huge break in 2006, when he began appearing as ‘Scott Wandell’ in the series ‘Brothers & Sisters.’ Appearing in the successful series, Luke became a household name in the US. In the more recent years, he has appeared in TV films such as ‘A Shoe Addict’s Christmas’ and ‘A Birthday Wish.’
