Viola Farber was an American dancer and choreographer. She is best remembered for her association with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company. Apart from being a founding member of the company, Viola Farber also worked towards popularizing the company. In 1968, she went on to establish the Viola Farber Dance Company where she developed her own dance style.
