Cheryl Howard is an American actress and writer best known for appearing in her husband Ron Howard’s directed films like ‘Splash’ and ‘A Beautiful Mind,’ and writing books like ‘In the Face of Jinn: A Novel.’ She was some sort of a tomboy as a child. Inspired by her father, she developed interest in travel and adventure at an early age. At the time of his death, her father was supposed to be the oldest competitive aerobatic pilot across the world. She also loves to explore different cultures and their respective history. Her passion for travel and adventure led her to travel extensively. One such travel inspired her to pen down, ‘In the Face of Jinn: A Novel.’ Her other books include ‘Heart & Desire’ and ‘Grandma, Tell Me a Story: Children's Devotional Stories from the Farm.’ She has appeared in eleven films directed by her childhood sweetheart and husband, Ron Howard.
