Joe Thomas is an English actor famously known for his portrayal of Simon Cooper in the English sitcom ‘The Inbetweeners’. He is easily mistaken with his namesake American football player, however, the actor has set himself apart with his acting skills. Following the E4 hit series, ‘The Inbetweeners’, he acted in several movies and numerous TV shows. The popularity of ‘The Inbetweeners’ gave rise to two movies based on the series; ‘The Inbetweeners Movie’ and ‘The Inbetweeners 2’. Joe Thomas acted in both the movies. He also possesses writing skills along with his acting skills. Joe’s satirical sketch on conscientious objectors from the period of World War I called ‘Chickens’, eventually was aired in the form of series, ‘Comedy Showcase’. ‘Comedy Showcase’ reminds of 1961 British anthology series ‘Comedy Playhouse’.
