Jae-hyung Park or ‘Jae’ is a Korean – American musician-composer, rapper, singer and songwriter. He is the lead vocalist, electric guitarist as well as the face of the South Korean rock band ‘Day6.’ Born in Argentina, he spent most of his growing up years in California, US. He often uploaded song covers on his YouTube channel. While studying at the ‘California State University,’ he cleared the auditions of the South Korean reality competition, ‘K-pop Star,’ and moved to South Korea. He made to the list of final six contestants and was signed on by the ‘JYP Entertainment,’ for their first rock band, ‘Day6.’ Jae Park debuted in September 2015 with the band’s first EP, ‘The Day.’ He is also the MC of the ‘Arirang’s’ live music request talk show, ‘After School Club.’ Jae Park and the band ‘Day6’ has so far released three EPs - ‘The Day,’ ‘Daydream,’ and ‘Shoot Me: Youth Part I’ - and two full length albums, ‘Sunrise’ and ‘Moonrise.’ The group often tours across the globe for their music shows.
