Luis Valbuena, a talented Venezuelan professional baseball infielder, graced Major League Baseball teams for eleven seasons from 2008 to 2018. Known primarily as a third baseman, he also demonstrated his prowess at second base and first base. Valbuena's versatility and strong defensive abilities made him a key player on the field. Sadly, his bright career was tragically ended when he, along with José Castillo, lost their lives in a fatal car crash in Venezuela in 2018 during a robbery attempt by criminals.
