Issam Jellali, a Tunisian tennis coach and former player, had a successful career from 1997 to 2009. During this time, he represented Tunisia in the Davis Cup and competed in about 50 professional tournaments. Notably, Jellali won a doubles Futures tournament with Malek Jaziri in 2004 and participated in events such as the Dubai Tennis Championships qualifications. Currently, he owns and runs a tennis academy in Dubai, where he coaches players like Malek Jaziri, Damir Džumhur, and has been coaching compatriot Ons Jabeur full-time since February 2020.
