Angellah Jasmine Mbelwa Kairuki is a prominent Tanzanian CCM politician who has served in various ministerial positions, including Minister of Natural Resources and Tourism, Minister of Mining, and Deputy Minister for Lands, Housing, and Human Settlement as well as Constitutional and Legal Affairs.
