Daniel Humm is a Swiss plant-based chef known for his work as the executive chef at Campton Place in San Francisco and later at Eleven Madison Park in New York. He received critical acclaim for his culinary skills, earning four stars from the San Francisco Chronicle. In 2011, Humm, along with his business partner Will Guidara, purchased Eleven Madison Park from Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. Under their leadership, the restaurant achieved the top spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2017.
