Os du Randt, a retired South African rugby union loosehead prop, had a successful career playing for the Free State Cheetahs and the Cats/Lions in Super Rugby. Known for his strong scrummaging, ball-handling skills, and solid defense, du Randt retired as the most-capped forward for the Springboks. He was part of the 1995 World Cup-winning squad and played a pivotal role in the Springboks' victory in the 2007 Rugby World Cup final.
