Arpad Sterbik Capar is a distinguished retired handball player known for his outstanding performances at both national and club levels. He achieved success while representing Yugoslavia (later Serbia and Montenegro) and Spain, securing accolades such as a World Championship bronze and gold medals. Sterbik also celebrated victories in league and cup competitions in Hungary and Spain, in addition to a prestigious EHF Champions League triumph. His remarkable talent was recognized with prestigious awards, including being named Hungarian Handballer of the Year in 2002 and IHF World Player of the Year in 2005.
