Saud bin Abdul Muhsin Al Saud is a Saudi diplomat and former politician. He served as the Governor of Hail Province from 1999 to 2017. He is currently serving as Saudi ambassador to Portugal. In 2008, Saud bin Abdul Muhsin Al Saud was the subject of a documentary film titled Inside the Saudi Kingdom.
