Description:
(Salvadoran Writer, Lawyer, and Journalist) Miguel Ángel Espino was a prominent Salvadoran writer, journalist, and lawyer. He worked for various newspapers in the 1920s and later became a member of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at the University of El Salvador. In 1928, he completed his Doctorate of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico after traveling there as part of a diplomatic delegation. Unfortunately, a stroke in 1951 interrupted his literary career, and he spent his final years in Mexico, where he eventually passed away. In 1948, he was honored with a literary prize from the El Salvadoran government.
