Alexander Mikhailovich Ovechkin is regarded as one of the greatest ice-hockey players in the world. Also known as “The Great Eight” and “Ovi,” he is a Russian professional winger and the captain of the ‘Washington Capitals’ of the ‘National Hockey League’ (NHL).
