Alina l'Ami is a highly accomplished Romanian chess player with the titles of International Master (IM) and Woman Grandmaster (WGM). She has a successful track record in various chess championships, including winning the under-10 and under-18 girls' divisions in prestigious youth championships. Notably, she emerged victorious in the Women's Balkan Individual Championship and co-won the Women's Grandmaster Tournament at the 8th Japfa Chess Festival. L'Ami is also known for her participation in the FIDE Women's Grand Prix. She is a graduate in Psychology and has been actively involved in the Dutch chess community.
