Description:
(Emperor of the Inca Empire from 1527 to 1532)
Huáscar Inca ruled the Inca Empire from 1527 to 1532. His reign was turbulent, marked by a power struggle with his half-brother Atahualpa, leading to civil war and defeats in battles like Chimborazo and Quipaipán. Accusations of tyranny, including land seizures and disregard for Inca religious customs, were common during his rule. He was eventually captured and killed by Atahualpa, who feared Huáscar might offer a larger ransom to Spanish conquistador Pizarro.
