(Paraguayan Model, Actress and Former Athlete) Leryn Franco, a Paraguayan model, actress, and former athlete, now works for the athletics department of Club Sol de América. She gained recognition for competing in the javelin throw at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Olympics. In 2012, Franco set a new national record with a personal best throw of 57.77 m at the Ibero-American Championships in Athletics. She also pursued acting and starred in the Irish film Eliza Lynch: Queen of Paraguay in 2013.
