Khuloud Khalil Daibes is a Palestinian architect, former politician, and diplomat. She holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Hannover in Germany and has served as the Director of the Center for Preserving Cultural Heritage in Bethlehem. She has been actively involved in various Palestinian and international organizations focusing on cultural heritage and tourism in the Palestinian Territories. Daibes also held positions as the Tourism Minister and Minister of Women's Affairs in the Palestinian National Unity Government. Additionally, she represented the Palestinian mission in Germany.
