(Palestinian Diplomat and Politician) Saeb Erekat was a Palestinian diplomat and politician. He was a Member of the Palestinian Parliament for Jericho from 1996 to 2020. As the chief negotiator, Erekat was involved in almost all negotiations with Israel from 1995 to 2003. He also served as the secretary general of the Palestine Liberation Organization's executive committee from 2015 until his demise in 2020.
