Syed Inzamam-ul-Haq, also known as Inzi, is a former Pakistan cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. He is widely regarded as one of Pakistan's greatest players and a top middle-order batsman in cricket history. Inzi is known for his exceptional batting skills and holds records for being Pakistan's leading run-scorer in ODIs and the third-highest run-scorer in Tests. He captained the team from 2003 to 2007 and later assumed the role of chief selector for the Pakistan cricket team. After retiring in 2007, Inzamam remained active in cricket, captaining teams in T20 competitions among other roles. Beyond his cricketing career, he is a prominent member of the Tablighi Jamaat and continues to be a significant figure in Pakistan cricket.
