(Norwegian Alpine Skier) Erik Håker was a pioneering Norwegian alpine skier who made history as the first from Norway to win a World Cup event in 1971. He went on to claim victory in four more events between 1972 and 1978. In recognition of his achievements, Håker was honored with the prestigious Holmenkollen medal in 1979. Throughout his career, he competed at the 1972, 1976, and 1980 Winter Olympics, achieving his best result with a fifth-place finish in the downhill event in 1972.
