Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki ruled the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth as King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania from 1669 until his death in 1673. He faced political challenges and external threats during his reign, which ended with his untimely death. His successor, John III Sobieski, later achieved a significant victory at the Battle of Khotyn in 1673.
