Faye Sultan

Faye Sultan AlEssa, a Kuwaiti swimmer, made history by becoming the first female swimmer to represent Kuwait at the Olympics. She competed in the Women's 50m Freestyle event at both the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. Faye attended the American School of Kuwait for high school and later joined Williams College, where she competed for the women's swimming & diving team. In 2016, she showcased her talent and dedication to the sport by participating in the Olympics as part of the Independent Olympic Athletes team.
