Kosuke Hagino, a renowned former swimmer from Japan, excels in the individual medley and 200m freestyle events. He boasts four Olympic medals, including a gold in the 400m individual medley at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Hagino holds numerous Asian records in both long course and short course individual medley events. Currently studying at Toyo University and coached by Norimasa Hirai, he is one of the two Asians to be named World Swimmer of the Year, a testament to his exceptional talent.
