Keiji Muto, also known as The Great Muta, is a retired Japanese professional wrestler and wrestling executive. He gained fame for his performances in WCW and NJPW, where he won several titles, including the AJPW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship and NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Muto is recognized for popularizing signature moves like the Shining Wizard and Moonsault, influencing numerous wrestlers. He founded Wrestle-1 and appeared for TNA. Muto announced his retirement in June 2022, with his final match scheduled for 2023, culminating in his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in April 2023.
