Agnez Mo is an Indonesian singer, rapper, and actor who is best known for her albums ‘Bala-Bala,’ ‘Agnez Mo,’ and ‘And the Story Goes.’ She was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She was inclined toward music and performing arts ever since she was young. She began her career by recording children’s albums and hosting TV shows. In 2003, she ventured into the music industry with her debut album as an adult, ‘And the Story Goes.’ The success of her debut album made way for the second album, ‘Whaddup A.. ‘?!’ She roped in American musician Keith Martin for a single from the album. Her sophomore album targeted international listeners. Following this, she ventured into acting and starred in some successful series such as ‘The Hospital’ and ‘Romance in the White House.’ In 2014, she went international with the release of her single ‘Coke Bottle,’ which also featured ace American musicians Timbaland and T.I. Over the years, she has won four ‘MTV Indonesia Music Awards’ and two ‘Mnet Asian Music Awards,’ along with many other Indonesian awards.
