Ólafur Thors was a prominent Icelandic politician who served as prime minister of Iceland five times. Throughout his career, he held several ministerial positions such as Minister of Industrial Affairs, Foreign Minister, Social Minister, and Fisheries Minister. Thors was a member of parliament from 1926 until his passing in 1964.
