Darwin Angeles Discua, a retired boxer from Honduras, competed in the men's light flyweight and flyweight divisions. He represented Honduras at the Summer Olympics in 1988 and 1996, proudly carrying the flag for his country at the opening ceremony in 1996. Despite his dedication and skill, he was defeated in the first round of the men's flyweight competition in 1996 by Ukraine's Serhiy Kovganko.
