(Boxer) Avtandil Khurtsidze is a former professional boxer from Georgia. He started his boxing career in 2002 and found success by holding the WBO interim middleweight title in 2017 and winning the IBO middleweight title in 2011. He also challenged for the interim WBA middleweight title in 2010. Unfortunately, his career took a turn when he was convicted of racketeering and wire fraud conspiracy in 2018, leading to a ten-year prison sentence. Khurtsidze was released in 2022 after serving his time.
