Angélique Ngoma is a Gabonese politician who has held various ministerial positions in the government. She began her political career as a national delegate of the Women's Union of the Gabonese Democratic Party. Ngoma served as Minister for Family, Child Welfare, and Advancement of Women before being appointed as Minister of Defence in 2009 and later as Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Welfare in 2011. In 2015, she was elected to the National Assembly and currently serves as the President of the Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development.
