Toni Nieminen, a former Finnish ski jumper, is renowned for his exceptional accomplishments in the sport. He participated in ski jumping from 1991 to 2004, with a short comeback in 2016. Nieminen is celebrated as one of Finland's most successful ski jumpers, having won the World Cup overall title and the Four Hills Tournament in 1992. At the 1992 Winter Olympics, he obtained three medals, becoming the youngest Winter Olympic gold medalist at 16 years and 261 days. In 1994, Nieminen set a world record by being the first male ski jumper to surpass 200 meters.
