Jaan Kirsipuu, a retired Estonian road bicycle racer, is now working as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Voltas–Tartu 2024 by CCN. Over his 12-year career, Kirsipuu gained recognition for his ties to Vincent Lavenu and the Chazal–Vanille et Mûre team. Throughout his career, he amassed a total of 124 race victories, with 115 wins in professional races and 62 victories in non-professional events. Notable accomplishments include being the first Estonian cyclist to claim a stage win in the Tour de France and leading the race for six days in 1999.
