(Czech Politician Wrongfully Convicted and Executed on Fabricated Charges by the 'Communist Party of Czechoslovakia') Czech lawyer-politician Milada Horáková remained active in underground resistance-movement during the Second World War. She was convicted on fabricated charges of conspiracy and treason by the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and executed by hanging. Her trial verdict was posthumously annulled and she was rehabilitated and awarded Order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk (1st Class) and Order of the White Double Cross (1st Class).
