Mirko Cro Cop is a retired Croatian professional mixed martial artist, kickboxer, and amateur boxer. He rose to prominence in Pride Fighting Championships and also competed in various organizations such as UFC, K-1, RIZIN, and Bellator. Renowned for his lightning-fast left high roundhouse kick, he is widely regarded as one of the top Heavyweight Kickboxers and MMA fighters in history. Cro Cop secured notable victories, including the 2006 Pride Open-Weight Grand Prix Champion and the 2016 Rizin Openweight Grand Prix Champion titles. Apart from his athletic achievements, he briefly held a position in the Croatian Parliament. Cro Cop concluded his career in 2019 due to health concerns stemming from a stroke.
