Owen Hart was a Canadian-American professional wrestler, known by his ring name ‘The Blue Blazer’. Over the course of his illustrious career, he wrestled for several different promotions, impressing crowds in all of them with his impeccable high flying technique and skills. He wrestled for the New Japan Pro Wrestling, Stampede Wrestling, World Wrestling Federation and the World Championship Wrestling. The titles he managed to get his hands on include the Intercontinental Championship (twice), Tag Team Championship (thrice), European championship and the King of the Ring title. Born in an illustrious wresting family, he was destined to become a wrestler. He was trained for the most part by his father, Stu Hart, and made his official debut in the ring in 1986 at Stampede. Somehow, his popularity went off the charts with his tour to Japan and throughout the 90s, he became one of the most feared wrestlers for his opponents, but his streak ended tragically in 1999. He succumbed to his injuries caused during his entrance in the ring. He died in the hospital and left behind a legacy, which is still alive in the hearts of his hardcore fans.
