Saksi Sbong is a renowned Cambodian actress recognized for her portrayal of villainous characters in films before the Khmer Rouge era. She started her acting career in the 1960s, appearing in movies produced by Norodom Sihanouk. One of her most notable roles was as Princess Sulpra in the film "La Joie de Vivre." Saksi Sbong gained fame for her cruel and malicious roles in movies like "Tep Sodachan" and "Pos Keng Kong" during the 1970s. She left Cambodia before the Khmer Rouge regime and made a comeback in the early 1990s to star in one final film. In recent times, she surprised many by attending a royal funeral and continues to show support for the Cambodian monarchy.
