Rinzin's dedication and hard work paid off when he successfully completed the marathon in four hours, earning a medal and certificate for his participation. Despite not being officially recognized by the Bhutan Olympic Committee, Rinzin's accomplishment in representing Bhutan in the prestigious race was acknowledged by the President of the New York City Road Runners.
