(Musician, Monk) Lama Gyurme is a respected Buddhist Bhutanese Lama and musician who has been living in France since 1974. He has served as the director of various Buddhist centers, including Kagyu-Dzong in Paris, Vajradhara-Ling in Normandy, and Drayang Gyatso Ling Association in Spain. Gyurme received Buddhist teachings and traditional arts education from a young age, eventually becoming a master of music. He collaborated with Jean-Philippe Rykiel on music projects and went on a pilgrimage to Tibet to present his Temple for Peace project to the 17th Karmapa. Gyurme's musical contributions include the soundtrack for the film 'Himalaya'.
