Kinzang Dorji has had a distinguished career in Bhutanese politics, serving as Prime Minister twice - first from 2002 to 2003 and then again from 2007 to 2008. He also held the role of Chairman of the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan during 2007-2008. Dorji's political experience extends to being the Speaker of the National Assembly from 1997 to 2000.
