Manu Ginóbili is a former professional basketball player, best known for representing ‘San Antonio Spurs’ in the ‘National Basketball Association’ (NBA). He was selected to play the ‘NBA All-Star Game’ twice and was part of the ‘All-NBA Team’ in 2008 and 2011. Apart from four ‘NBA’ championships, Ginóbili has a ‘EuroLeague’ title, and an Olympic gold medal under his belt. He represented his country Argentina in four Olympic Games starting from 2004. At the 2008 ‘Summer Olympic Games,’ he was the flag bearer for Argentina. He also played for his country in three ‘FIBA World Championship’ tournaments. On August 27, 2018, Manu Ginóbili announced his retirement from ‘NBA.’ In his farewell address, he revealed that he will find ways to contribute to the ‘San Antonio Spurs,’ the only ‘NBA’ team that he represented throughout his career.
