(Athlete) José Armando Sayovo is a celebrated Paralympic track and field athlete from Angola. He made history as the first Angolan to secure a Paralympic medal, claiming three gold medals in the 100m, 200m, and 400m sprints at the 2004 Summer Paralympic Games in Athens. Sayovo continued his impressive performance at subsequent Paralympic Games, earning three silver medals at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing and winning a bronze and a gold medal in the 200m and 400m sprints at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London.
