Bernard Blier was born on 11 January 1916 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was an actor, known for Quai des Orfèvres (1947), I compagni (1963) and Le grand blond avec une chaussure noire (1972). He was married to Annette Martin and Gisèle Brunet. He died on 29 March 1989 in Saint-Cloud, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
