Dogukan Polat was born in 1990 in Istanbul. He completed his education at Beykent University, Department of Acting and Anadolu University, Department of Sociology. Later, he took acting classes at Akademi 35 Buçuk Art House. He had his first acting experience in 2009 with the series Kapaliçarsi (2009). Also starred in Kadim Dostum (2014), Kurtlar Vadisi: Pusu (2007), Yagmurdan Kaçarken (2013), Canimin Içi (2012), "Sahin ve Çetesi". Starring alongside Tolga Saritas in the series Söz (2017), portraying the character of "Asik". He took a role in the cinema world by taking part in the films Mucize (2015), Nefes (2009), Hükümet Kadin 2 (2013), Çanakkale 1915 (2012), Türk Pasaportu (2011) and Kaybedenler Kulübü (2011).
