Mateusz Banasiuk is a Polish actor known for his work in theater, television, and movies. He graduated from the Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw. He is widely recognized for his role as Radek Zielinski in the TV series Pierwsza milosc (2004), which he played from 2006 to 2019. A significant moment in his career was the lead role of bisexual Kuba in the movie Plynace wiezowce (2013). He also participated in entertainment programs such as Dancing with the Stars. Taniec z gwiazdami (2014) in 2014 and Twoja twarz brzmi znajomo (2014) in 2016. He co-founded the rock band Lavina, where he plays the drums. He has repeatedly won first place during the Polish Actors Swimming Championships.
