Born in Brooklyn, New York, Katims has lived in Paris, France since 1990. Son of the late actor Robert Katims, brother of writer/producer Jason Katims. In addition to his writing credits, Katims has worked extensively adapting French movies and television programs for lip-sync (dubbing) adaptations, subtitles, script doctoring, as well as dialogue punch-ups and localization.
